First impression: Deezer as an alternative to Spotify
After many years as a Spotify user, I’m currently trying out Deezer (Premium) as an alternative to Spotify (Premium).
Tech, life and everything else
After many years as a Spotify user, I’m currently trying out Deezer (Premium) as an alternative to Spotify (Premium).
Until today, I used the Tinify API to compress images on my blog. About 250 images per month are free, after that it’s pretty cheap. (I never exceeded the free limit).
I take the position that I don’t care where people consume my content. Be it directly on the site, via RSS or via Telegram Instant View. I don’t give a shit. The main thing is that people find a use or like what I publish.
I recently showed an Instant View template for Telegram. I had the hope that Telegram is fast with accepting the submission, but so far nothing has happened. So I have manually implemented something that makes it possible to use Instant View in my Telegram channels (en, de).
I went out again for a longer walk and took a few more photos and even a video. Freezing cold and not very cozy, but I’m in a good mood! ☺️

I just got a question in an anonymous comment about how I implemented the comment system I was telling about.
This day today has shown that apparently I’m not completely incompetent at being productive after all.
Now the only question is whether this is due to a sense of achievement, the sight of an end, or the desire not to waste the time when my girlfriend is with me. Maybe it’s just a little bit of everything.
Only 6 weeks left until I have to hand in my bachelor thesis. But I am very optimistic.
Marc reminds why RSS is still a great solution, especially during this difficult times.
