My new Chromecast with Google TV

Published on in 💭 Thoughts

I ordered the Chromecast with Google TV last weekend and got it delivered yesterday (early birthday present for myself 😅 – I have birthday tomorrow). I really like it! Even though I’m usually critical about Google and its services – at least I disabled all possible privacy settings.

The “Yayagram” allows messages to be sent as voice messages via Telegram, and received replies are printed directly on thermal paper.

Advanced Blogstats

Published on in 💬 Micro

This evening I had a little fun with SQL and JavaScript. Now it is possible to see the number of posts without date in my blog statistics (en/de), but also the number of posts in each month of each year. By clicking on the year, the months are displayed.

It would not have needed JavaScript in the frontend, would there be something like summary/details for tables. But at least it’s less than 1 KB of JavaScript.
