Microsoft Loop

It looks like Microsoft cloned Notion and calls it “Loop”.

There is or at least was a lot of hype around Notion, but I was never happy with it. While the web app is still okay, the Android app sucks, it’s so slow, and I always have to log back in when I use it every few weeks. If I used it for quick notes on the go, I would get crazy.

So, maybe Loop is an alternative for me? I use Microsoft 365 anyway.

My two use cases: Temporarily saving new or modified recipes and travel planning.

Luis A. Almost the same Notion use case for me: travel planning and database of gear & tech purchases. While there’s some innate resistance to Microsoft, I might as well give Loop a shot.
may @jlelse I tried loop in early access and I found it much slower than Notion (now it is a bit better), however I got message that if I want to use it in future I have to buy higher MS365 plan (standard and up). They still haven't specified when it will be out of public preview for personal account and whether you will have to pay for it or not.
Andrés Cárdenas Loop looks great, but it seems more aimed at collaborative notes and the workplace imho. Even though it isn’t a Notion-clone like Loop, I migrated to Trilium Notes almost 2 years ago and haven’t looked back. It kinda reminds me of GoBlog because it quietly accomplishes so much. I also recently found out about Anytype and was surprised by amount of Notion-like features and its effortless sync (Linux/iOS), but haven’t used it extensively.
