When I switched to Linux, I also enabled that Firefox setting to disable custom fonts on websites. And you know what? It actually looks better this way! No broken fonts, because some fonts are mapped to ugly fonts. Just my default font, which is Noto for now.

This time it’s just a station to change to another train. Another hour and a half to my new/old home station.

In the summer of ‘22 I upgraded my perfectly working soundcore Liberty 2 Pro to the Liberty 3 Pro because they have ANC and have been using them ever since. But since the L2P are still working perfectly, I connected them to my phone again and use them sometimes. Too sad to let them rot in the closet, and I guess nobody wants to buy used in-ear headphones.

Kev built his own microblog using WordPress and iOS shortcuts to separate his long and short posts. It sounds like this is a better alternative for him than micro.blog. Maybe with SQLite as the database he can even simplify this setup.

Why do I have both post types in one blog? I don’t want to decide what’s a long post and what’s a micro post. Most of my long posts aren’t long enough to really make that distinction. And I like having everything in one place.

The first two nights with my new weighted blanket were good! The blanket is very cozy but not sweaty. The weight is not oppressive, but just right, and also makes me feel somehow more tired than usual before I sleep, and then let me fall asleep almost immediately, as if flipping a switch. And somehow I seem to dream much less, which can be a positive sign for more deep sleep.

I didn’t expect to see snow again this spring.
