Another month has passed and my monthly review is a bit late this time. Why? We’ll get to that in a moment. First, let’s take a look back at August.
And here we go again; another month has flown by. July was a particularly eventful month for me and my wife.

And here we are again, another half year has passed. Time to take a quick look back at my June. Well, not much actually happened …
For the regular planning workshop at work (my second since I started), I have to be in Schwäbisch Hall from Monday to Wednesday. As train tickets are cheaper on Saturday than on Sunday and I was eager to explore the city anyway, I decided to already arrive yesterday (Saturday). Today (Sunday) I did my planned city discovery.

And just like that, another month has flown by. Time for my usual look back.
As I wrote, I had planned a bikepacking trip covering a total of 224 km. Well, things didn’t quite go as planned.
Almost two months ago, I switched back to Ubuntu as my primary operating system. While I still have a Windows 11 VM, I never really use it. Ubuntu 26.04 fits all my needs I had since switching to it. While I installed it during the beta, the final LTS version has also been released since then.

While I, personally, blog less these days than when I was younger and had apparently more spare time, I have the feeling there’s some kind of resurrection of the blogosphere and IndieWeb these days. At least it feels more visible again. I came across a couple of new blog discovery sites recently, so here’s an incomplete list of sites (old and new) I know of in no particular order. Some I might have already shared before. You are welcome to comment more, and I’ll add them.
