My Juli ‘24 in Review
And now July is over. Time to take a quick look back.
The month was quite warm, but I was able to avoid the heat well thanks to my vacation at the Baltic Sea. In general, I feel that I am not as sensitive to heat this year as I used to be. Sure, on the one hand, there were no days over 35 degrees this year, but I also never used or missed my air conditioner, which is in my second apartment. Maybe the train rides at 40 degrees last year in Romania toughened me up?
Well, the vacation was good and relaxing. Unfortunately, right after (but at least after and not during – like last year!) I caught a summer cold. I always find colds particularly annoying because they often keep me from sleeping, even though sleep is usually the best medicine.
At least I was able to go on a bike tour the day before I got sick. I did that quite a lot in July, but I also have a new bike that wants to be ridden a lot. 😉
Otherwise, not much exciting happened. Besides biking, I worked more on my blog software and was able to fix a few bugs.
