Bike bug fixing
Yesterday and today, I was busy with some “bug fixing.” Not on computer code, but on my beloved bike – the one from that incident last month that sent me to the hospital for an X-ray.

The last few days, I dived into a new topic in my spare time: Archiving videos from old Hi8 and Digital8 videotapes onto my hard drive.
The taskforce I was part of the last weeks is finally done! The deadline for the production deployment was met and today also a knowledge transfer took place. I’m happy to not have to fear weekend work or do overtime in the evening anymore, and hopefully return to a more regular workload again.

I ran every day for a whole month and also preached about running a lot. Everybody should try it and do morning runs, was my mantra back then. The YouTubers I watched and podcasters I listened, as well as writers whose stories I read (all about motivation, self improvement, success etc.), had a huge impact on me.
I’m currently with my family on vacations and we have rented a holiday flat. The description of the flat includes “Free WiFi”, so I would assume there is a functioning WiFi. It may not be fast, but it should be working.
