Just another addition to my ever-growing collection of headphones: the new Anker (soundcore) Liberty Buds 2. Just available for a few days, but just in time, the battery of the charging case of my Liberty 3 Pro starts to show its age and doesn’t want to charge fully anymore. I’m not yet 100% sure if I will keep them. But I heard so many good things about the noise canceling (finally on a level or above other premium in-ears) with Anker’s new Thus chip that I just need to try them. I mean, I am quite sensitive to noise during traveling. Just on my trip last weekend, I wished I had a way to better isolate myself from the environment in the noisy train. So maybe it’s my compact new travel companion?

While I skipped the Black Friday deals, I couldn’t resist picking up the soundcore AeroFit 2 headphones a few days later. Being home alone over the weekend gave me the perfect opportunity to spend more than 24 hours testing them thoroughly. Here are my first impressions of these open-ear headphones.

TWS and the Soundcore Liberty 2 Pro

For the last few days I have been using my new TWS earbuds, the Anker Soundcore Liberty 2 Pro, whenever possible. Such wireless in-ear headphones are sometimes actually a very pleasant change from the over-ear headphones that I have connected to my computer by cable so that I don’t always have to charge them.
