I’m a bit of an indecisive (and frugal) person sometimes.

So far, I have secured 15 months of Microsoft 365 at a lower price twice during various promotions (e.g. Black Friday). That’s enough to keep me going for a while.

But there is also a “recurring billing” option in the Microsoft account settings that starts when your current subscription expires. And if you want to turn this off, Microsoft may tempt you with two free months. I heard that this process works every 24 hours and you can prepay the subscription up to 5 years in advance. 😉

However, you have to decide if you want to trust Microsoft with your personal files…

Update: Seems like the trick doesn’t work anymore, at least not as easily. Good thing I don’t have to worry about it again until 2028. 🤓
